Covid-19 Statement
We would like to take a moment to share how we are addressing the concerns of COVID-19. We remain committed to providing the quality and reliable service that our customers have come to expect from us, despite our revised approach to interacting with our clients.
Our number one priority has always been the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the communities we service, including our vendors and prospects. Our business is 100 percent operational and our services are deemed necessary and essential to maintain the health and safety of the residents of our community, and the operational standards of essential businesses.
We closely monitor any developments regarding Covid-19 safety measures and will implement updates as needed. Below is an overview of the safety precautions we have implemented to protect you the customers, as well as our employees:
-
We are “social distancing” and wearing masks when circumstances do not allow us to do so. We will be reminding customers to maintain a safe distance of 6 feet apart.
-
We are increasing sanitation and disinfecting routines within our offices and vehicles, with extra focus on high-touch and high-traffic areas. Masks and hand sanitizer are always available to all staff. We are following the guidance of our local and federal governments.
Employee Health, Safety and Knowledge
Here are some of the ways our staff is helping to stop the spread:
-
Hand Hygiene: Proper and frequent handwashing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses.
-
Ongoing Training: Regular staff meetings with regards to updates, safety protocols and reminders on best practices with regards to Covid-19.
-
Potential Exposure: Employees who exhibit COVID-19 symptoms, those who live with someone exhibiting symptoms, or anyone who has been exposed to the virus are instructed to not come to work.
Thank you for your continued trust in our company and allowing us to be your Landscape Service provider. Please stay healthy and safe – we will get through this together.
